Three officers are on administrative leave following a police shooting in north Minneapolis. The officers stopped three people they considered “suspicious” in the area of West Broadway and James Avenue north Monday night when one of the suspects fled. A foot chase ensued and an officer fired shots in the area of the suspect. No one was hit but the suspect was arrested and a gun was recovered. The officers’ administrative leave is standard procedure for police shootings.
