beer2 State Says Ladies' Nights Are Illegal

The State Department of Human Rights is cracking down on ladies’ nights at Minnesota bars. It says the practice of giving women special discounts amounts to illegal gender discrimination. The state has charged five Twin Cities establishments with violating the state Human Rights Act. It won’t name the bars until the cases are resolved.
