64 year-old Norman Ruth of Hermantown died after running the Grandma’s half-marathon in Duluth on Saturday.He stopped at a medical tent after running the race in 2 hours and 29 minutes and later died. The cause of death was not released. He’s the first runner to die in the history of Grandma’s Marathon.
