Tattoo Could Help ID Body
The Hennepin County medical examiner is asking for the public’s help in identifying the woman whose body was pulled from the Mississippi River in Minneapolis on Monday.

She had a blue-pink Japanese koi fish tattoo on her right upper arm, a likeness of the “Badtz Maru” cartoon character on her right hip, multiple ear piercings and dental restorations.
