Criminal charges have been filed against the parents of a baby who was left on a hot car on Tuesday, a day of sweltering heat in the Twin Cities.  34 year old Angel Garcia-Tapia and 35 year old Rosa Perez-Siguencia of Minneapolis have been charged with child neglect and child endangerment. They’re accused of leaving their six week old baby in a car while they went into a CVS Pharmacy for 20 minutes.

Police say the temperature inside the vehicle was 111 degrees.
