One person dead and eight people were injured when a semi- truck collided with two other vehicles last night near Fairfax in western Minnesota. Killed was 39 year old Jason Petty of Seaforth, Minnesota. He was pronounced dead after being taken to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale. The eight people injured all were in a van and all are from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. That includes the 19 year old driver, a 44 year old woman and six children ages 4 to 18. The 44 year old woman was last reported in critical condition. It happened near the intersection of Hiways 4 and 19.
