A weekend tussle between two law enforcement officers has one of them facing charges. Authorities say 49-year old Anoka County Sheriff’s officer Lawrence Doheny was pulled over and arrested on highway 169 in Jordan on suspicion of drunk driving. A complaint says Doheny became upset, grabbed for the Jordan officer’s gun, pushed him and attempted to flee several times. The officer tased Doheny three times. Doheny is charged with DWI, obstructing a police officer using force, and fleeing police.
