A reward of $1,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the driver in a fatal hit-run incident outside the Union Gospel Mission in St Paul during the weekend. 53 year-old Danny Wright was killed. Wright had rented a room at the shelter. Police believe he was intentionally struck.
