St. Paul fire officials say a blaze that started at a barbershop late Sunday night and spread to two neighboring businesses was arson. They say someone set the fire that began at Premiere Image barbershop on Rice Street and went to three alarms before it was extinguished. Authorities wouldn’t say how they believe the fire was started, but they’re conducting a criminal investigation. There were no injuries.
