House Speaker Margaret Anderson Kelliher conceded to Mark Dayton in the close Democratic primary for Minnesota governor.

She congratulated Dayton about 11 hours after she refused to concede when the race was called for Dayton shortly after midnight. The delay caused Democrats to hold off plans for a unity rally.

    Sorry, but all the candidates on DFL side are pushing for more TAXES, SPENDING, and REGULATIONS — Have not heard much at all about looking for ways to curb expenditures.
