Sexual Escapades While Homeowners Away
A real estate agent stands accused of using a client’s house for sexual escapades when the owners were out of the country.
Steven Skar is accused of using the home of Adam and Sarah Bunge in Maple Grove for sexual activities while they were in England on a working vacation. Adam Bunge is an attorney and his wife, Sarah , is a Lutheran pastor. The suit claims unauthorized sexual escapades took place resulting in stained furniture and bedding. The Bunge’s first learned of the activity in an e-mail from a neighbor who said something strange was going on in the house. Coldwell Banker Burnet real estate has terminated Skar and the State Commerce Department has revoked his real estate license. It’s also alleged that someone used the homeowner’s computer to gain access to credit card information and charged 13 hundred dollars to an American Express account.
