A 36 year old man is accused of exposing himself and touching a woman without permission on the dance floor of a Minneapolis bar. Jose Sanchez appeared Friday in Hennepin County District Court on a charge of fifth degree criminal sexual conduct plus other charges. The woman says she was on the dance floor of Drink, a downtown Minneapolis bar, on the night of July 3rd. She says the man grabbed her by the waist and rubbed up against her completing a sexual act.
