A group of former Minnesotans now living in New York City is sponsoring a Minnesota State Fair day Sunday in New York. It’s taking place on the lower east side featuring foods that are well known at the Minnesota State Fair. One of the founders, 27 year old Jen Wise, a University of Minnesota graduate, says it just reminds us of back home a bit. She says the Minnesotans love New York City but there still are some things they miss.
