 University Of Minnesota Researchers Crack Tainted Egg Case

Amy Klobuchar is crediting the University of Minnesota for cracking the case on tainted eggs that have sickened 13-hundred people.

 The Minnesota Department of Health and the University of Minnesota were instrumental in identifying the source of the current salmonella outbreak — eggs from an Iowa farm. Minnesota’s Senior US Senator says we should be used as a model for tracking such food-bourne illness.. : Senator Klobuchar is cosponsoring legislation giving the FDA greater oversight of food production and safety procedures.
