A suspect is in custody following an early Sunday morning standoff with police in Eagan. It began around 11-30 Saturday night when authorities received a call about a domestic dispute. They arrived at an apartment building on the 900 block of Wescott Trail where a man had barricaded himself along with four children. He finally emerged around 2-30 Sunday morning. Nobody was injured.
