 Judge Approves Airline's Reorganization Plan

After two years of financial troubles stemming from a Ponzi scheme by its former owner, a bankruptcy court has approved Sun Country Airlines’ re-organization plan. Company officials say the airline is now making a profit, has plans to acquire more planes and add new routes, as well as hire more employees. The court’s approval also paves the way for the sale of Sun Country to a new owner.
