A man who founded a program to keep drunken drivers off the road has been killed in a head-on crash. Authorities say 42 year-old Scott Judd was driving a van on Highway 8 in Wyoming, Minnesota yesterday afternoon when he crossed the center line and struck a semi. Judd was killed. The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries.

Three years ago Judd launched a designated driver program known as DWI Ride Home. It was aimed at getting people home safely from parties and bars. The

State Patrol says Judd was NOT wearing a seat belt.
