A 34 year-old man faces disorderly conduct and other charges for flying a kite that looked like a UFO. Police in St Paul got a call Monday night from two people who spotted an un-identified flying object. Police spokesman Andy Skoogman says Ernest Sawka was cited for disorderly conduct, public nuisance and being in a playground after hours.He says it’s not against the law to fly a kite at night, unless the intent was to disturb the peace. Sawker has indicated he may challenge the citations before a judge.
