A 42 year old Minneapolis man has been has admitted he stole cell phones from his employer and sold them  on eBay. Christopher Destasio admits stealing and selling 575 phones from Sprint Nextel over a two year period. He sold them on-line for nearly 145 thousand dollars. A sentencing date will be determined later. He faces a maximum of 20 years in prison.
