The city of St. Paul’s message to the Taste of Minnesota: Pay up or get out.Organizers of the Fourth of July food and music festival owe the city more than $23,000 for permit fees, rental costs and staffing for the event.The bill was due on September 2nd. If it isn’t paid by October 4th, the city says it will consider other uses for Harriet Island around the 4th of July holiday next year.
