The introduction of synthetic, or “fake”, marijuana is raising many eyebrows across the country.  It’s said to be linked to the death of an Iowan teen.  Carol Falkowski, drug abuse strategy officer for the Chemical and Mental Health Services Administration (MN Department of Human Services), discusses this substance and its effects.
