University of Minnesota officials say it’s believed the persons responsible for two of the three recent sexual assaults are students at the school.    However, they do not have specific people in mind.    There have been three assaults in the last two weeks involving fraternity houses.   Reacting to the crimes fraternites have banned alcohol at parties until further notice.   Fraternity presidents will meet next Sunday to discuss further steps to deal with the situation.
