Hi Joy….there are a couple of ways to do this:

One, if you just want to listen, you can go to any of the various show pages and there are audio players. Just click play!

Second, if you click “On Air” in the navigation bar on top of the page, you’ll see a podcast icon. If you click that, you’ll see a list of mp3′s available to download.

Third, after you click the podcast icon, copy the URL in the address bar (for example, here is Mischke’s: http://podcastrss.play.it/the-nite-show-with-mischke_mp3_128.xml).

You can then enter that URL into iTunes and it will start downloading them automatically. For more on how to do that, go here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/. About halfway down the page there’s a heading titled “Not in the store? Not a problem….” That will show you what to do next.
