Choosing the best plan for you means asking the right questions. When you identify what is most important to you, it will help simplify your decision. For example:
How much do you want to share in the cost of services and supplies?
Some plans have lower monthly premiums but you share in the cost of your health care with a copayment or coinsurance. Other plans have a higher monthly premium but you’ll pay little to no out-of-pocket costs for eligible services and supplies.
Do you travel?
Plans vary in their travel benefits and the length of time you’ll be covered. How often you travel and for how long should be considered.
What about access to doctors and hospitals?
Our participating provider networks are extensive and include many of the providers in Minnesota and nearby states. You can search online to see if your providers are in the plans’ networks.
