Security has been beefed up at Winona State University after two students were shot and wounded over the weekend. It happened around 11pm Saturday at a home just east of campus.  Winona Police Chief Paul Bostrack says the suspect and the two 19-year-old women had been arguing before the shooting.

The women, who are students at Winona State, are recovering from their wounds. Police have increased patrols around campus as they search for the suspect.
