Authorities in western Minnesota have identified the victim of a fatal hunting accident as former Minneapolis business owner Kent Bank. Bank was found dead while pheasant-hunting alone in Stevens County on Saturday. Authorities believe Bank stumbled and caused his gun to discharge. Bank was the owner of Minneapolis Washer and Stamping company until last July, when he retired. He was 68.
