(WCCO) – Former President George W. Bush’s memoir is released today. “Decision Points” outlines major decisions during his 8 years in office.
Bush discusses his response to Hurricane Katrina, 9/11 and the decision to waterboard 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
He called Kanye West’s remark that Bush “doesn’t care about black people” the lowest point of his Presidency.
