Wow, I was driving down Arcade right off of Case Ave last night. Just a couple of blocks from here. There was a guy with his shirt off, a beer in one hand, and a baseball bat in the other looking for somebody through a gated area. I asked my girlfriend to hand me the phone. The touch screen was sticking so I said forget it. If I had called the cops then this might of never happened. This is the last time I go against my gut instinct when it comes to this type of situation.

hmm…maybe you still call the cops and give them the description of what you seen. Because this guy is still on the loose. It might or might not be him.
