Woman Struck, Killed By Vehicle In St. Paul

ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- A 24-year-old woman was struck and killed by a vehicle after crossing a street in St. Paul Tuesday night, according to St. Paul Police.

Authorities said the woman, Emma Holman, of Bloomington, Minn., was crossing near the 1300 block of Grand Avenue at about 7:15 p.m. when she was hit.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Holman was in the area visiting a friend

Police said alcohol or drugs were not factors in the accident and the driver, a 30-year-old woman, was not arrested or cited.

Police are investigating the accident.
