Frank Vascellaro and his mother Rosalie head to the kitchen to make some delicious chili. Check out the recipe below.
2 pounds hamburger
2 cans Bush’s chili beans
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons Cumin
1/4 cup Chili powder
1/2 onion, chopped
1 46-ounce can of tomato juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Brown the hamburger in large pan with the chopped onion.
Drain if the hamburger if it’s too greasy.
Add tomato juice, chili beans, salt, pepper, bay leaves, Cumin, Chili powder, and garlic powder.
Let it cook on low to medium heat for two hours.
Serve over rice if you like or with chopped jalapeno pepper or grated cheese.
