Possible Human Remains Found In Dayton, Minn.

DAYTON, Minn. (WCCO) — A man may have found a body in a park in Dayton, according to the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office.

At about 2:30 Friday afternoon, the man discovered what could be a human body in the woods, about 400 yards from the parking area at Elm Creek Park Reserve.

Police from the Three Rivers Park District and City of Champlin responded, along with the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office, which is investigating.

    Is there a follow up to this story about human remains in Elm Creek Park Reserve? It is very concerning. We’re in the park alot on foot and on horseback and would like to hear the outcome of this story.
