ST. PAUL (WCCO) – A St. Paul federal court indicted a 47-year-old Blaine man Tuesday for possessing and intending to distribute more than 80 grams of heroin.
Steven Schilling was charged with one count of possession with intention to distribute.
Schilling had more than 300 tablets of heroin in his residence when police arrested him on Aug. 19, 2009, according to the indictment.
If convicted, Schilling may face a maximum of 20 years in prison.
