Bob Little of Bloomington has a huge oak tree that he decorates with 40 thousand lights for the holidays.  The tree is visible from Cedar Avenue near the Minnesota River bridge.

John Hines talked to Bob Little Friday morning on WCCO Radio.

I absolutely love this tree and look forward to seeing it every year. It definitely puts me in a good mood on my way to work. I was fortunate to have my parents and niece and nephew see it on our way into the Hollidazzle parade. They were in admiration – just as I am every workday. I’ve been trying to take a picture of it every morning (while my husband drives) with no success and was so delighted to find it through google so I could share with many.

Thank you for sharing your lovely tree, and the story behind it!

Saw it only once and was totally impressed. I hope the meaning is to share the happiness and joy of to all of a Merry Christmas
