Former St. Paul Teacher Facing 3rd Lawsuit For Child Pornography
ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- A former St. Paul special education teacher is facing yet another lawsuit for allegedly videotaping an adopted son in sexually explicit videos with the intent to distribute them on the Internet.
The lawsuit, which seeks damages for the adoptive son, is Gregg Alan Larsen's third. Earlier this year, similar civil complaints were filed against Larsen on behalf of three of Larsen's foster children.
The adoptive child, now 21, claims Larsen had a camera hidden in a bathroom that would project on a television in his bedroom.
The lawsuit is also suing the alleged 100 people who downloaded the videos.
Larsen was charged with six felony counts of child pornography in May. He was convicted of two counts and sentenced to 25 years in prison earlier this week.
