Mama V’s Meatloaf

Frank Vascellaro and his mother Rosalie head to the kitchen to make some delicious meatloaf. Check out the recipe below.


2 pounds of hamburger
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 package Lipton Onion soup
3 stalks of celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup ketchup


Combine all of the ingredients above in the order listed into a large mixing bowl. Blend all of the ingredients thoroughly together.

You may need to add about a half cup of water if it appears the mixture is too dry.

Mold the blended meat into two equal loafs. Spray a 9×12 Pyrex backing dish with Pam and bake loafs in the oven for one hour at 350 degrees.
