DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — Quarterback Chase Vogler scrambled 34 yards for the go-ahead touchdown with 4:12 remaining in the game to rally Minnesota-Duluth to a 17-13 victory over defending national champion Northwest Missouri State in the Division II semifinals Saturday night.

Playing in frigid conditions, the Bulldogs (14-0) ended the Bearcats’ streak of five straight title-game appearances. Minnesota-Duluth will play Delta State, which beat Shepherd 29-17 in the other semifinal, Saturday in Florence, Ala.

Minnesota-Duluth is in the championship game for the second time in three years. The Bulldogs beat Northwest Missouri State for the 2008 title.
