Second Snow Emergency Declared In St. Paul

ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- A snow emergency has been declared for St. Paul.

Beginning at 9 p.m. Sunday, all night plow routes will be plowed, meaning all arterial or main streets posted with signs that say "Night Plow Route" and one side of all north-south residential streets posted with signs that say "Night Plow Route - This Side Of Street" are included.

Beginning 8 a.m. Monday, all day plow routes will be plowed. Included in that round are all non-posted, east-west residential streets and the non-posted side of north-south residential streets.

Parking is banned until the streets are fully plowed the full width to the curb. Tagging and towing before the plowing will begin at 9 p.m. and continue through the snow emergency.
