Police Search For 2 Robbery, Kidnapping Suspects

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minneapolis Police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying two women who were allegedly involved in an aggravated robbery and kidnapping from Dec. 15.

Police say the two women were at a gas station at 626 W. Broadway in Minneapolis when they forced a woman at gunpoint into their vehicle. The woman was not in a vehicle, but on foot at the time. The women then allegedly drove her to a nearby ATM and made her give them her pin number.

The women withdrew some money at the ATM and let the victim go nearby.

The driver of the car is described as a black woman, about 20 years old, with a light build, lighter brown complexion and longer black hair. She was wearing a black hooded coat at the time of the incident.

The woman who withdrew the money from the ATM is described as a black woman, 18 to 20 years old, 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-7, with a light build. She also has black hair and a piercing in her lip. She was wearing a blue hooded jacket and pink and white pajama pants at the time of the incident.
