4-6 chicken breasts
2- small cans or 1 large can of Durkee’s French Onions
Clean and rinse chicken breasts.
Crush French onions in bag or under some waxed paper and place crushed onions in a bowl. Add flour to bowl of crushed onions.
Scramble egg in small bowl and add tablespoon of water to create egg wash.
Dredge chicken breast in egg wash and place in bowl of onions. Flip breast to thoroughly cover with onion mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Drizzle chicken with melted butter.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cooked.
