— You may utter this phrase when it comes to the snow. It snowed pretty much all day Monday and we only racked up an inch.

The heavier bands of snow fell across southern Minnesota and really poured it on in Iowa. Our snow will persist throughout Tuesday, but again the snow totals will be light. It will slow down your commutes and will make sidewalks a bit slick.

At least our temps will pop above the average high of 21 once again.

We get a few dry days Wednesday into Thursday before more snow arrives Friday.

Could be a cold weekend and beyond, so stay tuned.

It seems like we are having the most severe weather everywhere this year, all over the world. What is driving this weather pattern this year. I sure hope those Aztecs were just messing with us.
