Animal cruelty is a horrible thing, but this takes it to a whole new level.

British Columbia authorities are trying to figure out who froze a dog in a block of ice.

Dont assume it was animal cruelty. The dog could have died, been attacked by other dogs .. the dog may have been dead before it was frozen. Amazing how how a this can be perceived so many ways.
