'Feb Giving' Warms Minnesotan's Winter Blues

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- By this time in the winter, many Minnesotans have had it. Just looking outside, it seems spring is still far off.

That's why James Norton and Becca Dilley decided we all need more to look forward to this time of year.
