ST. ANTHONY, Minn. (WCCO) — A 71-year-old man shot himself in the parking lot of the St. Anthony Police Department Tuesday morning.
According to police, the man drove his vehicle into the back parking lot at about 8:40 a.m.
He then exited his vehicle and shot himself with a shotgun. He was taken to a local hospital, but his condition was not immediately available.
Police are still investigating the incident. They said they are not aware whether they have had previous or recent contact with the man.
Police believe he was the only one in the vehicle.
