Police: 3 Girls Made Up Being Kidnapped, Drugged

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police are saying three teenage girls made up being kidnapped and drugged in Minneapolis.

On Friday, Minneapolis Police spokesperson Sgt. Bill Palmer says the girls were found by Cub Foods on Lake Street.

The girls were taken to Hennepin County Medical Center and then released.

Palmer says it was determined on Saturday morning that the reports were unfounded and that the community is not at risk.
