Repeat Drunk Driver Pleads Guilty To Charges
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A repeat drunk driver who seriously injured a Woodbury East Ridge High School student has pleaded guilty to three accounts of vehicular operation, DWI and driving after cancellation.
Even though Edward Jaworski's license was suspended, he drank margaritas last August and slammed his vehicle into a car of high school students at around 80 mph.
Prosectuors plan to ask for the maximum penalty when Jaworski is sentenced May 23.
