Minneapolis, number 10 in the nation for the most crime. We are living up to that reputaion, but R.T. Rybeck has orders out not to bother the minority population unless murder, so I guess we can now bother someone. R.T. loves the gangs i bellieve they pay him for protection. That and his sancturary city, I should enter this country from another and then live in MPLS and commit any crime i want and be immune.

It is eerie I live a block away and heard the shots. I am no gun expert but the shots many in a very short time unlike other gun shots I hear. Could this mean a semi automatic weapon?
