I drive this streach of road everyday. I live in Adrian and work in Sioux Falls. I have to disagree with you Henry. The MNDOT in our Area works thier tails off. I was on that strech of road yesterday morning about 10 min before that accident, and the plows WERE out. The driver was obviosuly going too fast for conditions. If you check you can read the update that states that the MN Highway Patrol found the driver was traveling 70+ miles per hour. That is NOT driving for the conditions. Everyone else that day was driving between 45-50. Do not blame the MNDOT. Blame the driver! Its terrible they are dead and horrible thier passenger died, however, its thier fault and thier fault only.

As we personally know the truk driver you should know that this man has been greatly affected by this accident. Also if you bothered to inform yourself on what happened you would know that the car lost control from driving too fast for conditions, crossed the median and came in front of the truck. The Semi driver will now live with those images for the rest of his life replaying it over and over again. Though there are many irresponsible truck drivers out there just as many, if not more, stupid people are driving small vehicles. To even hint at making this the truck drivers fault makes you a real jacka**!!!!!!! You are an absolute JERK!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree Tiffiany! This accident was NOT the fault of the Truck Drivers and We have been praying for them and thier families in this tradegdy. I love how WCCO put up the inital story but never followed up to tell the readers what REALLY happened. Got to keloland news to get the full story.
