Woman Who Died In St. Joseph Fire Identified

ST. JOSEPH, Minn. (AP) -- Officials in St. Joseph are identifying the woman found dead after a house fire early Saturday.

Fire Chief Jeff Taufen tells the St. Cloud Times that she is 52-year-old Diane Scott. She was found dead after firefighters were called at 12:07 a.m. Saturday to a burning mobile home.

A neighbor reported seeing flames coming from the windows of the mobile home. Scott was the only person inside. The home sustained heavy damage.

The State Fire Marshal's Office is trying to determine the cause of the fire.
