Bicyclist Injured In Apparent Hit-And-Run Identified

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The bicyclist who was injured in a Minneapolis hit-and-run incident has been identified by police.

Police say Bruce Daniel Merrill, 58, of Minneapolis was struck while riding his bike near the intersection of 14th Avenue North and Lyndale Avenue North. It happened at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.

They are asking anyone who may have information regarding this case to call the Minneapolis Police Department's traffic unit at 612-673-2981.
