Tickets On Sale For Mpls-St. Paul Film Festival

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Tickets are now on sale for the 2011 Minneapolis-St. Paul International Film Festival.

Opening night is next Thursday. For the first time, the festival opens with three films -- "Page One: Inside The New York Times," with director Andrew Rossi and The Times' media columnist, Hopkins native David Carr; "Score: A Hockey Musical," with actor Noah Reid; and the Norwegian horror-comedy "Trollhunter."

The three-week festival will feature more than 200 films from about 60 countries.

This year's festival includes French films, films with musical themes and a made-in-Minnesota showcase.

The festival runs through May 5 at the five-screen St. Anthony Main Theatre in Minneapolis.
